Agile Contract #
A contract written for iterative work: it fixes the framework, price model and rules for change instead of a rigid scope. It lets the client and supplier cooperate flexibly.
Payment Schedule #
A timetable of payments under the contract, tied to iterations, results or dates. It sets when and how much the client pays.
Acceptance Process Definition #
A description of how the client reviews and accepts delivered work: who checks, against which criteria and in what time. It makes acceptance predictable.
