Thanks to the unique method of conducting training in the format of a practical workshop. 90% of the participants are working on their working projects, thereby mastering the tools of professional project management. OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS OF THE COURSE
At the end of this course, participants will receive the following results:

1. They will master the basic tools and standards for managing programs and portfolios of investment projects of industrial companies.
2. They will master the functionality of a project manager and practice new project management tools.
3. Formation/elimination of gaps in the strategies of business areas that are subsidiaries of the top-level strategy of the entire company, which will reduce labor costs and risks of additional financial costs, and will allow you to effectively manage resources and risks.
4. In the workshop format, they will analyze the roles in program and project portfolio management and practice with project portfolio management tools for the life cycle of investment projects of industrial companies: from the birth of an idea to project closure.
   They will learn how to use strategic and tactical analysis and planning tools that can be used to identify, refine, prioritize and manage business value in projects.
5. They will master the step-by-step algorithm for the formation and management of the project content, the decomposition of the project goals into the main stages, tasks and subtasks of the project, the formation and management of project schedules.
6. They will learn to work with two approaches to planning and developing projects, the combination of which will achieve the most effective and accurate results in the practice of project management of the company:
   a. calendar (phased) planning (WaterFall)
   b. adaptive (iterative) planning (Agile)
7. They will develop the skills of identifying, analyzing needs, planning and managing project resources:
   a. Labor

   c. Financial
8. They will understand the logic and stages of system management of project portfolios.
9. They will gain practical skills in managing programs and project portfolios in MS Project Online.
10. They will study approaches to building and options for automating a project management system, building an IT project management system and a hybrid Waterfall + Agile project management model.
